Meet The Team

India holds a Law Degree and a Master's Degree in Public Administration. She is a volunteer with the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) as a District Leader and Animal Rescue Team member.

Kristen is a lifelong animal lover.  She started Save the Meow Meows in 2020 and began simply by fostering.  Kristen is the owner of Save the Meow Meows Cat Lounge and Shop.

Dylan is a huge cat lover and has 5 cats of his own. He is a professional at IT services and serves as a technical advisor and board member for the rescue.

Anne is an experienced and dedicated wildlife rescuer who has worked with a variety of critters in need.  She is also skilled in technical work and supports the rescue as an advisor.

Roxann is a huge cat lover - with 5 of her own, and is an experienced professional in technical work. She assists with administrative and budget related tasks. Roxann is an advocate for cat wellbeing and rescue.

Jewel is the manager of the cat lounge in Yucca Valley where she handles everything to keep the shop running and successful. She has two cats of her own and an adorable pug dog. 

Mika is part of the Save the Meow Meows Cat Lounge and Shop team as a contractor and you can often find them at our vendor events and lounge game nights. They have rescue dogs and cats of their own!
